A company was incorporated on 21/09/2010. However no annual filing has been done till date. So in all how many annual filings year wise will be required to be done??

Thankyou for the reply. Can someone please help me as to the number of AGMs and the due dates on which such AGMs should be held when the date of incorporation is 21/09/2010.??
