Please clarify whether Annexure VI Challan is mandatory in case if a Job Worker sent or despatches excisable goods from his location to another Job Worker?
If yes, we request you to attach the sample format.

at present such format is not required, party can use their private challans, but the challan must cvontain the reference of original challan details.
