Please let me know where will be the amount relating to following should be mentioned in 704 annexure J1
if dealer does not provide me with the TIN No of his customers. However he collects VAT Separately.
Whether it will form part of "Local Sales to Non Tin holders" or" Remaining transaction total where tax is collected separately not shown above."
In retail invoices TIN no of customers is not necessary and most of the times not available.Therefore ,it can be taken as Local sales without TIN no. In these invoices VAT has to be colected seperately......MJK
