Kindly let us know is there any Annexure III for Job Work as per excise where the Job Worker issues the challan to another Job Worker.
Attached is the format of the annexure received. Please let us know whether this a correct format and it is been used by customers.

This i belive is as per the old rule. In the current central excise rule as per my knowldge there is no such format prescribed.
