Can anyone explain about the notification no. 38/2008(NT) dtd. 29.09.2008 (b) The Central Government may, by notification, and subject to such conditions or limitations as may be specified in such notification, specify assessee or class of assessees who may not require to submit such an Annual Installed Capacity Statement.”

1. Is class of assessees is define as per notification 39/2004 dtd. 25.11.2004

2. If class of assessees is as 39/2004 dtd. 25.11.2004 then below one hundred lakh excise duty paying don't require to submit the ER-7 statement?
