a person is a n agent of AMWAY.If he wants to efile to get his tds back which ITR should he file ? Where shoild he put his income I mean in which field ?

Income under head Profits & Gains from Business & Profession, in ITR 3
But if the amount is in small amount, it can be declared under IFOS, of ITR 1 or ITR2.
he got commission 24000 and tds deducted 2400
If he has income from some other source also like salary / capital gain etc, show it as Income from Other sources..
simply show as other income and file ITR 4. no problem will arise

As such he can file ITR1. while declaring the income u/h. IFOS.
But there is likelihood of inquiry from CPC, for the said income. At that time he may need to clarify about it.
Gentlemen, reply had already been given. From various replies given by above experts is not up to the mark and to the point...So again I again repeat to file ITR3 as Amway has given commission and accordingly had deducted TDS under the commission head.
