Amount of expenditure of previous year

What will be the amount to be mentioned in Report Form 10B Annexure Point No. 1

"Income of the previous year applied to charitable or religious purposes in India during the year",

if for example : 

Income is Rs. 1000.00

Expenditure is Rs. 1100.00

Rs. 100 excess application is from opening balance.

will it be Rs. 1100.00 or Rs. 1000.00
