Amount invested by NRI in mutual fund
one person is NRI and invest his money from his NRI in mutual fund, amount invested by NRI about 32 lakh. this person not file his income tax return because he come to India and residing two month in each year. few days back one e-mail received from the income tax department for e-campaign for non filing of income tax return. kindly me suggest me.

If there is no redemption of any mutual fund ; If the income earned in India is below basic exemption limit ; in that financial year
Then don't file ITR.
