Can anybody tell me a formula to automatically convert amount in to words.
For Ex: 10,112 shoud come as " TEN Thousand one Hundred and Twelve rupees"

It require ADDINS. Pl search in google you will get the same.
Put this file in your C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\XLSTART,then activate this addins.
When activating the add-in it is asking for password,,pls send me d password
Download "Indian Rupees" Excel Addins from below link.
No need to install or copy to any special folder. Also you can apply Indian Style Decimal System.
e.g. 1,25,000.00 ( see grouping with Comma)
