ammendments for nov 10 tax

All are same except change in valuation of motor car-

according to /share_files/may-2010-income-tax-applicable-amendments-ipcc-pcc-22420.asp the taxable rates of car is 1200/1800 plus 600 for driver but acc to amendments it is 1800/2400 plus 900 for driver  so now which one to use exams r round the corner and i m so confused .pls help exam in nov 2010.
