OK BROTHER YOU ARE DOING GREAT JOBS, BY ATTACHING UPDATE NEWS.

COULD U TELL ME ONE THING REGARDING TDS. IF TDS EXCESS PAID HOW COULD I GET THAT AMOUNT.

ACTUALLY IN F.Y 2010-11. OUR EARLIER EMPLOYEE PAID ONE MONTH TDS i.e.APRIL MONTH TDS AND LEFT JOB. AND AFTER THAT I JOINED. AND CALCULATE WHOLE YEAR TDS OF EMPLOYEE AND PAID IT AND RETURN FILED. AND ISSUED TDS CERFICATE TO EMPLOYEE.BUT HOW COULD I GET THE APRIL 2010 TDS AMOUNT WHILE PAID ONLY AND RETURN NOT FILED. I HAD MET EARLIER WITH TDS DEPT. BUT THEY HAD NOT RESPONDED IT.

COULD YOU SUGGEST WHAT TO DO?
