hi!

friends,sirs,guys

this is naresh.i am going to appear in may 2008 pe-II examinations.so i dont know the recent amendments income tax which are applicable for may-2008.

this is urgent because i have to start my preparation early and i hope that ican get the best reply

AY 2008-09 is applicale to May 2008 pe-2 exams. You can get the recent amendments with the ICAI.

Refer this path www.icai.org/icairoot/students/courses/supp_study_materials.html. Get latest Case Laws till March 2008. It will be sufficient. Read Recknor for A.Y. 2007-08

Hi Naresh, For May-2008 , Finance act 2007 & Ammendment up to 31-10-2007 will be applicable.For all the ammendments You have to refer RTP -MAY 2008 hardcopy. You may download it from the URL : https://www.icai.org/icairoot/students/courses/pe_rtp.jsp It will release to the website in March-2008.
