Amendment of proprietor in service tax (st2)

Dear Good selves,

     One of my client has a ST2 registered in her name as proprietrix. Now, she wants her father to carry the business and requested me to arrange the needful.

That is,
She wants to quit from the business and her father should be designated as the proprietor. (Transfer of proprietorship)

Now, my query is

1) The PAN number provided in the existing ST2 belongs to her. His father has a separate PAN number and if he should be the proprietor, his PAN number only should be used ??

2) Please clarify the procedure for this kind of amendment.
