Amendment in the Name of a Machinery

Can you please help me in this regard.

मैंने एक मशीनरी लिया बिल के उपर (ABC मशीन) लिखा हुआ था लेकिन गलती से Entry करते समय (XYZ मशीन) कर दिया और उसका Audit हो गया।

अगले साल में मैने पाया की ये सच में गलत है , और उसको मुझे सही करना चाहिए।

मुझे आपसे ये जानकारी लेना है, की क्या इसके लिए "Special Process" Amend करने लिए या can we change on the behalf of the invoice.
