If Income Tax and Sales Tax Consultant appeare before the Income Tax Or VAT department on behalf of client other than individual(Not tribunal and Highcourt), are this services hit by the amandment made by Finance Bill,2011 under the head LEGAL SERVICES u/s 65(105)(zzzzm) ? And whether I required to get register if my receipt was more than 10 lacs in previouse year?
