Amendment in nov 2014

Accounts, IDT & DT: refer nov rtp . Its alrdy there in icai site. And for audit 17 new sections are there download the below material wch is prepared by G.SHEKAR. (courtesy :gurukripa)

If u alrdy have munish new book then those audit part new sections are there in accounts and audit chapter in law. Refer that. And for idt download the below material and also refer nov'14 rtp..and for isca u have to buy new book bcoz in old chapters many inside contents removed, smwhr it added and also added new chapter and removerd ERP chapter.

In that audit material , section 130, 131, 132 are nt applicable for nov attempt. For better clarity on new sections, u must buy munish new book bcoz full points/provisions are not in icai supplement material.

Buy munish buk bcoz..for example appointment of additional director previously it was sec 260. Sec 260 over ride sec 259. i.e CG approval nt required in any case whether in pvt or public. But nw, as per 161(1) , dis point removed means while appointing additional director..CG approval required as per provisions of sec 259 i.e for pvt comp no approval required and for in public comp, CG approval required if appointment crosses beyond 12 . So we have to dig it and get clarity easily frm munish buk.
