amendment in company law

See, BOS has yet not announced the amendments applicable for November 18 exams. However, Companies (Amendment) Act 2017 has been notified in January'18 and thus those amendments would be in effect for November attempt.

I have attached the link of the amendment Act. I would advise you to make the changes on your own in your company law book in accordance with the provisions covered in your syllabus or you can even buy a new book in which these changes have already been incorporated.
