Amendment for AY 2008-09

HELLO , IM A STUDENT APPEARING FOR pe2 EXAM THIS NOVEMBER 2008 , i am not aware of the changes and ammendments relevant for the income tax and service tax . i had heard that there had been such ammendments for  service tax and the income tax theory ( appeals, assesment procedures etc etc ) ,salary perquisites.
