there are two types for calculating purchase consideration
1.Net assets method
2.Purchase method
Now can there be a combination of these in one amalgamation problem
nature of amalagamation : merger(pooling int method) and
purchase consideration calculation : net assets method.....

no..calcn shd b as per d method followed..
so when in a problem, if we have to calculate purchase consideration by net assets method so is it obvious that we should do the acounting procedure by purchase method(nature of amalgamation)???
