Yes you have to made it with pen....

Yoy first draw it with pencil & then overwrite it with black pen.....

the teachers are suggesting that first draw with pencil and once the diagram is draw correctly just mark with pen also highlighting the critical path as well.

pencil is used because intially we are not sure that the diagram is correct or not so if we draw with the help of pencil we can erase and draw again easily. This will improve the presentation in the exam

Yes i also agree with you Gourav as using pen directly nade a diagram messy & incorrect.

Also it is not easy to understand.

yes u are right its not mention anywhere and that's why I am confused what should I do in exam

It is always to take precautionary measures , since writing in pencil is not allowed also now they made mandatory to write in black pen also. so being safer side I would suggest first draw with pencil and after finalization mark with pen also or draw with pen if you are confident about diagram.
