Yes.

A super senior citizen is a resident individual (man or woman) who is 80 years old during the previous year.

I complete 80 years not on 31-3-2019 but on 30-6-2019. Is not the previous year to 2019 -20 FY, but previous to 2020-21 AY.
No you are not consider as senior citizen because you are not 80 year S on 31-3-2019

Income Tax for Super Senior Citizens (Above 80 Years): A super senior citizen is a resident individual (man or woman) who is 80 years old during the previous year (born before April 1st, 1935). The basic exemption limit for very senior citizens (80 years and above) is Rs.3.50 lakh
what is this April 1st 1935? should one be 84 to be super citizen?
If any person born on or before 1st April-1935 then it can be consider as on date as super senior citizen ( more than 80 year)
Thank you all for the wonderful responses.

Very Senior Citizen/ Super Senior Citizen means a resident individual, who is of the age of 80 years or more at any time during the relevant previous year.

For example, an individual born on or before 1 April, 1939 shall be considered as having completed 80 years of age, as on 31 March 2019, for the purpose of getting income tax benefits or status as a ‘super/ very senior citizen’ in respect of FY 2018-19/ AY 2019-20.

you will not be consider as senior citizen

for the purposes of the it Act, 'previous year ' means the financial year immediately preceding the assessment year. ... The year in which income is earned is known as 'previous year' and the next year in which it becomes taxable is known as 'assessment year'
you will be considered as senior citizen for A.y 20-21 or f.y 19-20 ( still the a.y will be 20-21)

As you attained 80 years in FY 2019-20, so from this particular year onwards you are super senior citizen as per IT act.

thanks Shuklaji for the the very detailed explanation.
yes you are considered as super senior citizen
