can any one tell me how to file Altered MOA in MCA portal. Procedure and forms etc.

Quick Summary
File form MGT - 14 along with Notice of GM, True copies of SR and printed copy of altered MOA
1. Pass Special Resolution for Approval of Alteration in MOA in General meeting of shareholders.
2. File True Copy of Special Resolution along with Copy of Altered MOA, Notice of General meeting in e- Form MGT 14 within 30 days of passing of special Resolution.

Is moa is e-moa?
Some Roc are not accepting e moa in case of alterations
