Alteration of Memorandum Object Clause

What do u want to alter in MoA? Pls specify

Actually the situation is the Form 24A and Form23 have already been filed. However, it was about 2 months back and I do not remember the SRN no. of one form. I don't even know which Form it is for... What is the process?

You can get the SRN by loggin into MCA site and tracking the transaction status sir.

But for tracking the status, don't I need the SRN? I have SRN of only 1 form(whihc seems to be Form23) and not the other.

What is filed first, Form 23 or Form24A?

Does it really matter which clause I amended? I thought the procedure is same for any amendment in the Memorandum..

Sir loggin to MCA site --> Then track transaction status.

Leave the column SRN blank.

Then start date,  give a date 1.5 months back. Then end date as todays date. Then you get all the transactions in that time period.

The procedure is different for each Clause.

It depends on the purpose of amendment. Why did you alter?
