What is the procedure of alteration of Articles of Association of newly incorporated Section 8 Company (w/o having share capital)? What E-forms/ Resolutions are required to be filed with ROC? Also, do we need to take approval from Central Government to effect such alteration?

Sec 8(4) clearly specify that for altering the Articles or Memorandum of Sec 8 Co. You need approval of Central Government.
