Alteration of AOA
Is it possible to alter AOA of a company with retrospective effect i.e. from back date?

Yes... It can be done... But its unnecesssry cost increases to d company i. e additional filing fee.... N if its more than 300 days back date... U have to go for condonation of delay in filing... So i suggest better plan accordingly n alter d AOA..... Or give cal us 7204908392... Wil help u....
