Dear All Members,

Form 1 of a company has been filed and also the same got approved..

There was 1 mistake in Form1 :-

Details of Directorship in other companies had not been mentioned however the same person is also the director of other five companies..

WHETHER IT CAN BE RECTIFIED?

IF YES, THEN WHATS THE PROCEDURE FOR THE SAME?

IF NO, THEN WHAT ARE THE LIABILITIES TO THE COMPANY OR THAT DIRECTOR? & HOW CAN WE SAVE THE DIRECTOR PRACTICALLY?

Hi,

This can be done by filing the Form-68 which is recently introduced by MCA

It is quite simple.

Simply upload (even after approval) correct form 1 and attach a rectification letter specifying the mistake as an additional attachment.

There is nothing to worry about as you are going to provide additional info through form 1 to ROC. You may check the validity of this process from Warrier sir.

Form 1 can be rectified by filing form 68. One condition is,in the cited case,filing of form 68 should be with in 365 days from the date of approval of form 1. So in the cited issue rectification is not possible since barred by time.
