Alteration in particulars of FROM 1 possible???

Hi,

This can be done by filing the Form-68 which is recently introduced by MCA

It is quite simple.

Simply upload (even after approval) correct form 1 and attach a rectification letter specifying the mistake as an additional attachment.

There is nothing to worry about as you are going to provide additional info through form 1 to ROC. You may check the validity of this process from Warrier sir.

Form 1 can be rectified by filing form 68. One condition is,in the cited case,filing of form 68 should be with in 365 days from the date of approval of form 1. So in the cited issue rectification is not possible since barred by time.

so what shud the company do, if this error came in notice after 365days ?

I think they shud left as it is.. jab query aayegi tab dekhenge.. ? is it so? what consequences may be in future if it is beyond 365days?
