Already Paid but got the same amount of demand notice

I have a demand for RS 300  from IT for  the financial year 2019-2020  and I  paid the amount at that time, but again I got this demand notice yesterday. I logged into the site and go to "Response to outstanding demand " section and after clicking "submit response" I disagree with the demand and when I go for " Add Reasons" , I am confused to select the right one. Can anyone guide me. I have the printed challan with me with BSR code and other necessary field duly filled. One more thing they also raised one interest amount for not paying the same , though I already paid it on 27.02.2021. Can anyone help me in this regard.

Quick Summary
A user has received a demand notice for a payment they believe they've already made for the 2019-2020 financial year. They are seeking guidance on how to respond online, specifically which option to select when disagreeing with the demand and providing payment proof. The user has the original challan with all necessary details and has also been charged interest despite having paid the original amount.

1. Amount already paid. (attach challan details).

2. Interest is calculated after the payment of existing demand, so it is required to be paid.

Log intodashboard thru pan and under demand notice submit your reply stating your details.

Both are welcome for quick response. Now after clicking the submit response button there is two option 1) Demand is correct and the second one is "Disagree with demand" , I must choose second one. Then I opted to give reason from 1 to 8 reason. Now I thing I must go with any of first two. Here are the first two options

1. Demand paid and Challan has CIN (Without open challan details)

2. Demand paid and Challan has CIN (With open challan details)

I have paid the amount and have  receipt with challan number and all the details. Which one I choose. Not understood. Pl give advice.

Thanks for the response.
