I have not taken any leave during my training with past employer. Can I be allowed to 1/7 or 1/6 of all the three years of training or 1/7 or 1/6 of period of training covered with present employer ? Please suggest me ? and how many leaves are allowed?

Nope,, i think it is on Gross i.e. No. of days of articleship completed till date divided by 7.
Please correct me if i m wrong
i think Prakash Somani is right. but whether it is 1/7 or 1/6 i amn't sure about it.
180 days...
180 days for full 3.5 yrs training!
