Form PAS 3 is filed at the time of further issue of shares like at the time of Right issue u/s 62 or at the time of Private placement u/s 42.It is not filed at the time of incorporation as details of suscribers is already stated in INC-7

HI, what all forms are required to be filed with ROC if shares are to be issued to a shareholder other than existing shareholders.
This issue will be well within the limit of authorised capital

You have to file three form, first MGT-14 then GNL-2 then PAS-3
