allotment of fully and partly paid up shares_URGENT

different Paid up value shares can be issued on same day.

if the company is listed then additional norms of SEBI should be followed

THE  Company is an unlisted company

and it wants to make allot partly paid up shares on preferential basis u/s 81(1a)

can the Co. do so?????????????

yes it can as per the companies act..
