If a person A is 45 years old and hving 2 sons ,but is not having ancestral property.How he can start HUF business.as funds will be invested by him personally and which will attract SEc 64(2) of Income Tax Act

The corpus of an HUF consists of ancestral property. "A" can not transfer his individual income and form a HUF in which he is a member.

you can make a will by creating HUF
