hello sir, Mera ek client hai unka meat ka business hai... mere client ne purchase karte vakt apne mom ke naam se purchase kiya hai .. uska value 95 lakh tk hai.. uska tds b cut gaya hai.. abhi o mom ke pan pe AIS statement me show ho raha hai.... abhi o tds refund kaise Lena hai ? Abhi mujhe client ka Pura business expenses balancesheet n profit n loss statement client ke mom ke naam se banana hhoga kya... ?
