AIS portal opens and says no records found.

The synchronization is not complete. Also the site is overloaded hence the issue.

Even the common utility released for ITR 1 to 4 is incomplete.

As per the present situation wait for ITR filing till 25th of the month.

It is better to waite for filing itr

But I hope....in last month's site runs at normal speed and takes load of filing as everyone will then rush to file

If an AIS portal shows "no records found," try these steps:
