AIS portal opens and says that 'no records found'
Ten days back it was opening and displaying details. Can you please guide me what to do.

Same is issue with me.....sometimes says no records found.....sometimes does not open only....& from mobile phone which was downloading previously is not getting downloaded now

The synchronization is not complete. Also the site is overloaded hence the issue.
Even the common utility released for ITR 1 to 4 is incomplete.
As per the present situation wait for ITR filing till 25th of the month.

But I hope....in last month's site runs at normal speed and takes load of filing as everyone will then rush to file

Try in July also its too early to file now because return will not getting processed.
