I have purchase agriculture land in 2014 of 13bigha.out of it I sold 8 bigha agriculture land in 2016. From remaining 5bigha , I sold 3 plot of each 2000sqft.My questions are

1) Tax liabilities on sold plots and whose liabilities?
2) If I want to sale remaining agriculture land in partition to buyer than what is tax liabilities & from which side (buyer or seller).
3) Applicability of tax on whole 5 bigha on sales time or area in which is sold it to be sold.

Actually you have messed up the issue.......... When rural agricultural land is sold........... there is no tax liability.............. but you have sold the plots without 'title certificate' i.e. without converting land into non-agricultural usage (may be without stamp duty & registration)........... which makes 'khichadi' of the issue............ So, only Governmental officers will solve/settle the problem.......

If I want to sale remaining agriculture land in partition (not converting in plot) to buyer than what is tax liabilities & from which side (buyer or seller).

Clarify whether the land is rural or urban agricultural land?

Check municipal or town planning or Patwari record........

Land is rural agriculture land.

Any gains from transfer of rural agricultural land is tax-exempt........... So which tax liability you are asking?

Actually , sold this rural agriculture land in partition ( partition means that sale /registry to many person).
please suggests.

You cannot register the partition/pieces of such land unless plan approved by collector.
