Agriculture income

If has has no other income other than agricultural income he need not file returns. However he should maintain credible records showing yearly income, expenses, documents regarding ownership of land etc.

please make sure that the conditions for considering his income as agricultural are satisfied.

right madhavi. but jagdish if you have FD in bank and you not submitte form 15g/h  and bank deduct tds then file IT Return for refund the TDS
