Can anyone confirm me for Agri income is there any tax appacibale,
if so plz metion my agri income is above 6 lakhs for 08-09

YES, INCOME TAX IS APPLICABLE ON AGRICULTURAL INCOME, IN UR CASE IF U DON HAVE ANY OTHER INCOME OTHER THAN AGRICULTUARAL INCOME , NO INCOME TAX WILL BE PAID, BUT EVEN SOME OTHER INCOME UPTO RS. 1.5 LACS THEN TOO NO INCOME TAX, BUT IS RS. 1 IS INCREASED FROM 1.5 LACS I.E. OTHER INCOME U HAVE TO PAY INCOME TAX,
BUT U HAVE TO FILE ITR-4 FOR AY 2009-10,
