This agreement is not in detail and do not cover every aspect of take over. Is it possible to take over of a particular division of partnership firm by a company. if company do not want to take over whole of the business of partnership firm but wish to take over a particular division than what kind of agreement required. Can any body provide the format of that agreement plzzzzzzzz.

I became member of CA club recently. During my google search for draft agreement for takeover of firm a company, I got to to your request. Do you have agreement. If so, can u send it to me? What kind of approvals, resolutions, intimation to statutory authorities are required. Is stamp duty required to be paid on such deal? Can u respond ASAP as this is urgent?

Hi,

Want a Lease Agreement for taking over a Running Printing Unit for 1 year. We have to pay a monthly income of Rs. 50,000/- to the proprietor of the concern.  All repair on machineries, light bills and salaries will be adjusted among ourselves. Anyone having such kind of AGREEMENT, please share.
