1.I purchased Coal india and LIC shares since 1 year back in secondary market(Demat) till now i did not received any dividend and AGM notice from the respective company
1)Now to whom i should make complaint?
2.On purchasing shares from secondary market through online can we become directly memeber in the company?or else is there any further procedure?
