1.I purchased Coal india and LIC shares since 1 year back in secondary market(Demat) till now i did not received any dividend and AGM notice from the respective company
1)Now to whom i should make complaint?
2.On purchasing shares from secondary market through online can we become directly memeber in the company?or else is there any further procedure?
Yes you ar the member and legally entitled for the same. You can send letter to the Company for both of the services.
