Aggregate turnover

As per sec 2(6),Aggregate turnover does not include value of inward supplies on which Tax is payable on reverse charge basis.
I want to know whether aggregate turnover include value of outward supplies on which Tax is payable on reverse charge basis.

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the definition of aggregate turnover under GST, specifically regarding reverse charge mechanism (RCM) supplies. It confirms that outward supplies on which tax is payable under RCM are indeed included in your aggregate turnover. This is because, from your perspective, they are still outward supplies, regardless of who discharges the tax liability.

Yes, definitely.. Aggregate turnover include value of outward supplies on which Tax is payable on reverse charge basis. ( as it's our outward Supplies only, it's doesn't matter tax is paid by us or by recipient under RCM)
Yes it will be included in your Aggregate Turnover because for you it is an outward supply. No matter the tax liability is being discharged by the recipient on RCM basis. You have to include it in your Aggregate Turnover.
