I READ IN THE NEWSPAPER THAT A STUDENT (Nischal Narayana) ONLY 15 YEARS OLD HAS CLEARED BOTH GROUPS OF IPCC IN JUST ONE ATTEMPT.
THIS BOY HAS CLEARED CPT WHEN HE WAS JUST 13 YEAR OLD.
Nischal also holds a double Guinness World Record — for memorising random objects in 2006 and for memorising numbers in 2009.

the news is true and the student has cleared at age 15 yrs. He cleared +2 from outside india or so. dont know the exact details but the news was printed in deynik bhaskar.
