Dear Himanshu,

With effect from 1^st day of January 2008, every registered student under the Revised syllabus 2008 shall be required to undergo practical training for a period of 3 years on whole time basis to the satisfaction of the Council. He shall be exempted from training if he was working in any Business Organisation for 3 Years.

Practical Experience is mandatory for appearing in the Final Examination so you have to join training before appearing for Final.
