Hi,

Can you check the affidavit, it contains sections of old Act 1956, I think this has to be modified in accordance with new CA 2013.

I checked the affidavit format on MCA Website.

What is ironical is it still uses the terms DIN-1 instead of DIR-3 and references to The Companies Act, 1956.

Hopefully there will be a change soon.

As we Know, New Company e-Forms are available in the website.

While Filing the Form INC 7, i got an issue that it requires INC 8 as attachment (Contains Declaration by Practicing Professinal).

Pl anyone provide the Format of INC 8.

Should the affidavit be printed on "Non-judicial Stamp paper" as earlier  or just printed on normal white A4 paper?

They have stated that it should be in the form of Affidavit. It is not clear that whether it should be on Non-Judicial Stamp paper of Nor plain paper.

is it  to be printed on non judicial stamp paper  or normal A4 can work? if it is to be on non judicial then amount of the said stamp 

Huzefa Ali, can you hint me particular section, circular, notification or any latest updations issued by Ministry which indicates no requirement of Notary if same is certified by practicing professional ??????
