No it is not mandatory......You should file your income tax return only when you have TAXABLE INCOME.
No Mr. Vikas it is not necessary for you to file an income tax return ..file it only if you are taking any loan or your income is taxable.otherwise seat back n prepare for the biggest exams in your life.all the best
