I want to purchase Only This Much Book (latest version) for CS Professional. Whether new Take code is included in that, if so please inform me as I want purchase the same.

No, New Takeover Code is not included in 1st Edition of OTM for Professional Programme.
Kindly note, New Takeover code is not applicable for December 2011 exams. OTM may update in next edition or make it available in Updates section for June 2012 cs exams.
