DEAR EXPERTS,
IF A PVT. LTD COMPANY DO NOT APPOINT A WHOLE TIME SECRETARY IT HAS TO OBTAIN COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE FROM A PRACTCISING UNDER SECTION 383 OF THE COMPANIES ACT. I DONT FEEL THAT THE COMPANY NEEDS TO GIVE ANY AD. IN NEWSPAPER FOR THAT.
