No Venkatesh.. By advertising ICAI means is that you caanot publicize yourself like you are not supposed to say we are the No 1 firm, we are the best firm in the city etc. If your ad in JustDial has just address, contact No, it does not lead to Professional Misconduct.. This is my opinion.. Waiting for others to comment also.
