i have completed my advanced itt course and passed the exam too. I havent collected my Certificate from branch but i have my Exam passed certificate
Is it enough or should i go and collect the certificate from branch?

You do not need to collect a physical certificate from the branch; your successful completion and exam result are maintained digitally by ICAI and will be reflected in your CA Final records.
