Can anybody let me know should I complete advanced itt exam before appearing for may 2018 final exam? I have completed my first group in old course and only second group am under new syllabus. In the form they are asking for these details or a declaration that we will complete it before May 2018.

Hi friend, going through the same issue here and as per latest notification issued by icai you should complete not only the Advanced ITT but also the advanced MCS (also called as GMCS-II or GMCS) before appearing in may 2018.
My suggestion is to complete both courses as soon as possible because under new course your advanced ITT grades are going to be mentioned in Marks sheet.
Recently i also got a mail from institute concerning the same.
even im facing the same problem.
As per ICAI announcement made on 9th jan 2018 , students who have converted from old course to new course and has appeared for CA FINAL before under old course, have the option to do AICITSS after the exam( before applying for membership).Read point no 3 of the announcement attached below.
Still they have made the exam form like that(ie we have to declare we will do the course before may 2018)
If any of you get to know how to fill the form regarding this, please let me know.Even im confused and have kept filling up of the exam form on hold.

Yeah i too registered for advanced itt and will be attending the exam that is going to be conducted on 18th of march
