Dear Sir
As per section 207,208,209,210 and 211 of the Income Tax Act 1961(“ITA”).
one have to pay Advance Tax if his total Tax Liability is 10,000 or more.
My Question is
Sir, Mamy Business are uncertain and entity may have profit on 30-Setp-2014 and may have heavy loss in 30-Dec-2014 (unlike with Flipkart Ecommerse Business having profit of 179 Crores in 30-Sept-2014 and having Loss of 400Crores in 31-12-2015)
1) i case will assesse liable to pay tax in Advance in 31-12-2015 ?
2) was amount should as assume to pay Advance tax on 30-Sept-2015 and 31-Dec-2015 ?
3) Is their any way to regain this advance tax before filling Return of relavent Assessment Year in case above ?
