Advance license
we have received material from supplier where on invoice party has mentioned advance license no. i want to know what benefit he is getting by removing goods on payment of duty

It means he can import goods without any import duty and export the same after doing some value added process. Anyway when he had cleared goods by paying duty, why do worry about the advance licence?
thanks for your reply but he is supplying to the local unit then how it is export and if its deemed export then why he can not remove without duty
